IN NO EVENT SHALL BUILD IT ONCE RIGHT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification
